Installation and commissioning
1. After the equipment is manufactured, the company will send one or two technicians to the customer's site to guide the customer's personnel to install and debug on site.
2. Seriously follow the installation plan determined by both parties, and respect the requirements of the customer's technical personnel for on-site service.
3. For more efficient on-site installation and commissioning, the customer is required to cooperate with the corresponding installation equipment and tools when necessary, until the equipment operates normally and produces qualified finished materials, and runs for a week until the user is satisfied.
4. Comply with safety production rules during on-site installation, and provide customers with product detailed instructions, electrical schematic diagrams, and related materials.
5. Carry out a comprehensive inspection of the equipment before starting production, and make a record, and put it into trial operation after confirming that each component is normal.
6. Carry out roving inspections on the equipment during the operation of the equipment, and immediately solve the problems found, and take decisive measures to deal with major hidden troubles.
7. Lubricate the transmission parts of the equipment according to the maintenance time, conduct safety and quality inspections on key parts after shutdown, and make records.
8. Communicate with customer operators in a timely manner, and check and deal with abnormal phenomena that occur during operation.
9. Provide customers with a complete list of equipment spare parts, so that customers can purchase at any time.
10. After the equipment is installed, train the technical personnel of the customer, and conduct on-site training on equipment operation, repair, maintenance, etc. The specific content:
⑴ The overall structure of the equipment, working principle, and training on the nature of work.
⑵ Functions, operation methods, and interconnection methods of components at all levels of equipment.
⑶ Equipment installation procedures, debugging methods, precautions, installation requirements.
⑷ The electrical principle of the equipment, installation and debugging methods, etc.
⑸ Daily maintenance training, common faults and troubleshooting methods. Parameter measurement of key components (no load, load), replacement methods and precautions of common accessories.
