Four-tooth roll crusher is suitable for compressive strength less than 240Mpa, water less than 30% of the solid materials, and requires the finished product less powder, more particles of fine and medium crushing operations. Such as coal, coke, fertilizer raw materials, petroleum coke, glass pipe, chemical raw materials and other solid materials. It is characterized by low maintenance cost, large crushing ratio, reliable performance, low dust and low noise.
Four-toothed roll crusher is equipped with four crushing rolls, the upper two rolls are toothed roll surface, the lower two rolls are surfacing roll surface (flat roll surface or straight teeth optional), suitable for feeding size less than 400mm, the finished product size requirements of 8-30mm medium and fine crushing operations. Such as thermal power plant sulfide bed boiler, ordinary boiler crushing coal; fertilizer plant crushing fertilizer raw materials; copper industry crushing frozen ore powder; solar industry crushing waste glass tube, etc.; or with the above similar crushing occasions.
Four Tooth Roll Crusher working principle
The four-tooth roll crusher utilizes four high-strength wear-resistant crushing rolls, which rotate relative to each other to produce high squeezing and shearing force to crush materials. After the material enters the gap between the upper two rolls (V-shaped crushing chamber), it will be squeezed and sheared by the relative rotation of the two rolls, and the material will be squeezed and sheared for the first time (coarse crushing), and then it will enter into the relative rotation of the lower two rolls, and then squeezed, sheared, and ground by the lower two rolls (fine crushing) into the required granularity from the discharge port.Four Tooth Roll Crusher Technical Parameters
